What Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship worldwide. Transit times vary by region, but every order leaves our facility with real-time tracking and full insurance.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel ships. You can also paste the number into 17Track.net for updates.

*Remote areas or peak-season delays may extend delivery to 21 business days. We’ll notify you if a carrier flags a delay.

Tracking details are sent to your email once your label is generated.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Every shipment is insured.
If tracking stalls for more than 10 days or your parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no cost — or refund you in full if unavailable.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • USA, UK, EU, AUS, NZ: Duties and taxes are prepaid — you won’t be billed on delivery.

  • All other regions: Local import charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.

Extended Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the stated window, email info@paganidesignsusa.com.
We’ll contact the carrier, file a claim if needed, and keep you updated — no run-around, ever.
